Simple Corn Soufflé

You’ll Need

1 large egg

1 stick of butter, melted

1 15-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained

1 15-ounce can creamed corn

1 8½-ounce box corn muffin mix

1 cup of sour cream

1½-quart oven-safe dish

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 400˚ Fahrenheit.

2 Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl.

3 Pour mixture into 1½-quart oven-safe dish and bake for 45 to 60 minutes.

4 Soufflé is done when it has risen slightly and is lightly brown on top.

5 Serve immediately.
