Lemony Salad Dressing

You’ll Need

1 cup olive oil

2 lemons

¼ cup distilled vinegar

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions

1 Cut lemons in half and remove seeds. Squeeze juice from lemons and combine with oil in large bowl.

2 Add vinegar, salt, and pepper. Use wire whisk to mix ingredients.

3 Add whole, crushed clove of garlic to oil mixture for added flavor.

4 Toss lemon dressing with torn lettuce and serve.

5 Store leftover dressing in a jar in refrigerator.
