Dressing
You’ll Need
⅔ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 green onion, chopped
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon white granulated sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Salad
You’ll Need
1 pound penne pasta
1 cup black olives, sliced
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
1 Cook pasta according to package directions, until al dente. Ask an adult to help you drain pasta; then pour it into a large bowl.
2 While pasta cools, mix ingredients for dressing in a small bowl.
3 Mix olives and feta cheese into cooled pasta. Pour dressing over pasta and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
