Sparkling Fruit Compote

You’ll Need

1 large orange

2 kiwifruit

1 15-ounce can sliced pears, drained

1 large bottle sparkling apple cider Sherbet or frozen yogurt (any flavor) Clear juice glasses

Directions

1 Peel orange. Slice horizontally to make circles and remove seeds; then cut circles in halves or quarters to fit glass.

2 Peel kiwifruit; slice horizontally in circles.

3 Layer slices of orange, kiwifruit, and pears in clear glasses and chill in refrigerator.

4 Before serving, pour chilled sparkling cider over fruit.

5 Top with a spoonful of sherbet or frozen yogurt to delight the senses!
