Pig in a Hole

You’ll Need

Round cookie cutter

2 eggs

1 sausage patty

1 slice of whole-grain bread Butter

Salt and pepper

1 slice cheddar cheese

Directions

1 Use cookie cutter to shape sausage patty.

2 Scramble eggs and cook till firm and fluffy.

3 Fry sausage in skillet, turning for even browning.

4 Toast slice of bread until evenly browned. Butter toast.

5 After washing and drying cookie cutter from step 1, use it to cut a hole in toast.

6 Fit fully cooked sausage patty into hole of toast.

7 Spoon scrambled eggs on top of sausage patty and toast. Add salt and pepper to taste.

8 Place cheddar cheese on top of eggs and top with buttered hole that was cut from toast.

9 Allow cheese to melt slightly and eat!
