Guacamole Wraps

You’ll Need

Guacamole

1 avocado

2 tablespoons salsa

2 tablespoons sour cream

⅛ teaspoon salt

Wraps

4 flour tortillas

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 cup cooked chicken, chopped

Fresh guacamole

½ cup salsa

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Tortilla chips

Directions

Guacamole

1 With an adult’s help, cut avocado in half lengthwise. Remove pit with a spoon and scoop avocado flesh into medium-sized bowl. Discard skin.

2 Add salsa and mash avocado with a fork.

3 Stir in sour cream and salt.

Wraps

1 Sprinkle lettuce and chicken on a tortilla and top with guacamole, salsa, and cheese.

2 Fold up bottom of tortilla to cover part of filling. Then roll in from side, leaving top open. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

3 Serve with chips and salsa.
