You’ll Need
2 flour tortillas
1 mango, peeled and thinly sliced
½ cup of grilled chicken, shredded
½ cup of Mexican cheese blend, shredded
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salsa (optional)
Directions
1 Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat.
2 Set one tortilla in skillet and top with shredded chicken, cheese, and mango slices. Top with second tortilla.
3 When cheese begins to melt, flip quesadilla and heat until second side begins to brown. Serve with salsa.
