Mashed Potatoes Pizzazz

You’ll Need

8-10 medium potatoes, peeled

8 ounces cream cheese

8 ounces sour cream

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon onion salt

4 tablespoons butter, cut into ½-tablespoon chunks Paprika

Directions

1 Peel potatoes and cut into ½-inch cubes. Place in saucepan and cover with water.

2 Bring water to boil and cook potatoes until very soft and easily pierced with a fork.

3 Preheat oven to 350˚ Fahrenheit.

4 Whip potatoes, cream cheese, and sour cream with an electric mixer until smooth (or mash with a potato masher). Stir in salt and onion salt.

5 Spoon potatoes into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle butter and paprika on top and bake for 45 to 60 minutes.

6 Remove from oven and serve with pizzazz!
