You’ll Need
4 ears of corn, shucked
3 tablespoons butter, melted
½ teaspoon grated lime peel (zest)
3 tablespoons lime juice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Directions
1 Shuck corn and place in a large pot of boiling water. Cook 7 to 8 minutes, or until bright yellow.
2 While corn is boiling, melt butter in microwave. Mix remaining ingredients into melted butter.
3 When corn is cooked, turn off heat and use tongs to remove carefully from water.
4 Brush lime butter onto corn cobs with a pastry brush.
5 Serve hot!
