Ingredients
- 750 ml (25.4 oz) light red wine
- 200 g (6.8 oz.) red berries, chopped
- ice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp caster sugar
- 100 ml (3.4 oz.) Spanish brandy
- 300 ml (10.4 oz.) sparkling water
- 2 lemons, 1 chopped, 1 juiced
- 2 pears, chopped
- 2 oranges, chopped
Preparation

Put all the chopped fruit in a large bowl along with the cinnamon and sugar. Stir well.

Refrigerate overnight, or at least for 1 hour.

Fill a jar with ice.

Mix the fruit mixture with the wine and the brandy.

Top with sparkling water and serve.
