  1. Put all the chopped fruit in a large bowl along with the cinnamon and sugar. Stir well.
  2. Refrigerate overnight, or at least for 1 hour.
  3. Fill a jar with ice.
  4. Mix the fruit mixture with the wine and the brandy.
  5. Top with sparkling water and serve.
