Espresso Martini

Ingredients
- 100 ml (3.4 oz.) vodka
- 100 g (3.4 oz.) golden caster syrup
- 50 ml (1.7 oz.) coffee liqueur
- 50 ml (1.7 oz.) freshly brewed espresso
- A few coffee beans, to garnish
Preparation

Bring the caster sugar to boil in 50 ml (1.7 oz.) of water. Allow the mixture to cool, stirring frequently until you obtain the right consistency for your sugar syrup.

Pour 1 tbsp of this sugar into a cocktail shaker with all the other ingredients.

Shake well and serve into 2 refrigerated martini glasses.

Garnish with additional coffee beans.
