  1. Leave a coupe glass in the fridge to chill for a while.
  2. Pour the lime syrup or cordial into a tall glass with some ice cubes.
  3. Add the gin and stir well.
  4. Pour the mixture into your chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lime and an edible flower (optional).
