Ingredients
- 50 ml (1.7 oz.) London dry gin
- 50 ml (1.7 oz.) lime syrup or lime cordial
- Ice cubes
- 1 slice of lime, to garnish
- 1 edible flower, to garnish (optional)
Preparation

Leave a coupe glass in the fridge to chill for a while.

Pour the lime syrup or cordial into a tall glass with some ice cubes.

Add the gin and stir well.

Pour the mixture into your chilled glass.

Garnish with a slice of lime and an edible flower (optional).
