Mango and Pineapple Mojito

Ingredients
- 150 ml (5 oz.) white rum
- 600 ml (20.2 oz.) sparkling water
- 3 limes, chopped
- 50 g (1.75 oz.) chopped mango
- 150 ml (5 oz.) white rum
- 50 g (1.75 oz.) pineapple pieces
- 2 mint sprigs
- Ice cubes
Preparation

Put the mango, limes and pineapple in a jug with the sugar, and muddle together.

Add the mint leaves.

Top with ice.

Pour the pineapple rum and the white rum, and top up with some sparkling water.
