Elderflower and Herbs Cooler

Ingredients
- 150 ml (5 oz.) elderflower liqueur
- 50 ml (1.7 oz.) elderflower cordial
- 150 ml (5 oz.) gin
- 8 edible flowers
- 330 ml (11.1 oz.) sparkling water
- 2 rosemary sprigs, leaves only
- 2 thyme sprigs, leaves only
- Ice cubes
Preparation

Fill the holes of an ice cubes tray with flowers, water and herbs. Leave in the freezer until frozen.

Pour the gin, elderflower liqueur and elderflower cordial into a large jug along with some ice cubes. Stir well.

Pour into 4 tall glasses.

Top with soda and garnish with some floral ice cubes.
