Ingredients
- 100 ml (3.4 oz.) pink gin
- 100 ml (3.4 oz.) pink grapefruit juice
- 100 ml (3.4 oz.) elderflower cordial
- 1 chamomile tea bag
- 100 ml (3.4 oz.) spiced rum
- Ice cubes
- Thyme sprigs for garnishing
Preparation

Brew the tea bag in boiling water, and steep following the instructions on the packaging. Once ready, leave to cool.

Pour the remaining ingredients into a jug.

Add the ice cubes and the chamomile, and stir well. Stir in the tea.

Garnish with thyme sprigs.
