Preparation
  1. Cut the pineapple into chunks.
  2. Put part of the pineapple chunks, half the mint, sugar and the lime juice into a pitcher. Smash the ingredients with a wooden spoon.
  3. Add the cachaça and some crushed ice.
  4. Pour the drink into 8 glasses with more crushed ice.
  5. Top up with the pineapple juice.
  6. Garnish with mint sprigs and additional pieces of pineapple.
