Ingredients
- 30 ml (1 oz.) cognac
- 30 ml (1 oz.) rye whiskey
- 2 drops of absinthe
- 5 ml (0.17 oz.) sugar syrup
- 2 drops of Peychaud’s bitters
- Lemon peel, to garnish
Preparation

Refrigerate a tumbler. Once it is freezing cold, pour the absinthe into it. You need to swirl the tumbler so that the absinthe can cover all its sides.

Pour all the remaining ingredients, except for the lemon peel, into a mixing glass. Stir well and pour into the tumbler.
