Ingredients
- 3 tbsp elderflower cordial
- 12 gooseberries
- The juice ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- Prosecco (or any other sparkling wine), to top up
Preparation

Mush the sugar and the gooseberries into a large jar.

Add cordial, lemon juice, and ice cubes. Close the jar lid and shake well.

Pour into glasses.

Top up with the Prosecco before serving.
