  1. Mix the dulce de leche and the rum until you get a smooth cream.
  2. Warm the milk in a saucepan and stir in the chocolate. Stir well until the chocolate has melted.
  3. Turn the heat on once again, and stir in the rum mixture.
  4. Season with a bit of salt and serve into a mug.
