Salted Caramel Rum Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 25 ml (0.85 oz.) dark rum
- 150 ml (5 oz.) whole milk
- 50 g (1.7 oz.) milk chocolate
- 2 tbsp dulce de leche or thick caramel
Preparation

Mix the dulce de leche and the rum until you get a smooth cream.

Warm the milk in a saucepan and stir in the chocolate. Stir well until the chocolate has melted.

Turn the heat on once again, and stir in the rum mixture.

Season with a bit of salt and serve into a mug.
