ABOUT THE AUTHOR

David Nash has been a member of the firearm community for more than twenty years. He is a firearm instructor trainer holding numerous certifications in all aspects of the appropriate use of force. David teaches chemical agents, defensive tactics, electronic restraint devices, specialty impact munitions, and firearms of all types.

As an experienced correctional officer, David has learned that mind-set, attitude, and command presence are more important than a particular make or model of gun or any specific technique.

He believes the will to win and the discipline to train are the keys to surviving conflict.

When not engaged in training or shooting, David is building a retirement homestead in southern middle Tennessee and is raising a son with his wife, Genny.
