Bread Machine Potato-Rosemary Bread

Prep Time: 10 Minutes Start to Finish: 3 Hours 40 Minutes 12 or 16 slices

1 Make 1½-pound recipe with bread machines that use 3 cups flour, or make 2-pound recipe with bread machines that use 4 cups flour.

2 Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in order recommended by manufacturer.

3 Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on cooling rack.

*Yeast amount for 2-pound recipe is correct although proportionately less than that called for in the 1½-pound recipe.
