BRUCE TULGAN is an adviser to business leaders all over the world and a sought-after keynote speaker, seminar leader, and consultant. He is the founder of RainmakerThinking, Inc., a workplace research and training firm. Bruce is the author of the bestseller It’s Okay to Be the Boss, the classic Managing Generation X, Not Everyone Gets a Trophy, and The 27 Challenges Managers Face, as well as many other books. More than a half-million individuals from more than four hundred organizations have participated in Bruce’s research since 1993, and his work has been the subject of thousands of news stories worldwide.
