Makes 2 serves
Time 2 minutes
2 handfuls of fresh basil
400 g (14 oz) pineapple, thinly peeled but keep the core
Method
Juice the basil using a centrifugal juicer or slow juicer. Cut the pineapple into pieces and juice the fruit as well as the core. Add the basil juice to the pineapple juice, stir well and serve.
