Ingredients

Makes 2 small serves

Time 3 minutes

400 g (14 oz) pear

2 sticks of celery

1 kiwi, peeled

30 g (1 oz) baby leaf lettuce

½ small avocado

1 Tbsp fresh thyme, no stems

Method

Juice the pear and celery using a centrifugal juicer or slow juicer. Mix the juice, kiwi, lettuce, avocado and thyme in a blender. Blend well and serve.
