Snarol Drink

Ingredients:

100 fluid oz. of water, filtered

8 & 3/4 oz. of sugar, granulated

1/2 fresh lemon, juice only

1 cup of vørterøl – can substitute any caffeine and alcohol-free malted type beverage

1 tsp. of yeast, fresh
Instructions:
1. Add water, lemon juice and sugar to large pot. Bring to boil.
2. Once water is boiling, remove from heat. Let it cool for about an hour.
3. Add in vørterøl or substitute and the fresh yeast. Stir thoroughly till yeast is dissolved. Allow mixture to set for eight hours without refrigeration.
4. Serve. Store snarøl in refrigerator. It will be slightly carbonated, but not alcoholic.
