Scandinavian Leeks & Tuna Pasta

Ingredients:

1 leek, medium

1 can of water-packed tuna
-
2 cups of penne pasta, dry

7 ounces of cream cheese, light

1/2 cup of milk, 2%

1/2 cup of water, hot
-
2 tbsp. of Parmesan, grated

1 piece of cheese, your choice

Oregano
-
Basil
-
Salt, kosher
-
Pepper, WHITE
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Open tuna. Drain. Discard liquid. Place in dish you’ll use to make the dinner. Crush with fork. Add chopped leek, creamed cheese, salt, pepper & herbs. Mix thoroughly.
3. Add the uncooked pasta. Mix and cover all pieces of pasta. Add milk and water. Grate cheese. Sprinkle over the top. Bake for 45 minutes and serve.
