Each piece is created spontaneously and intuitively, allowing the painting to dictate the direction it wants to go. Forms, themes and textures organically unfold, guiding the next step in the process. I find this mindful path an opportunity to surrender to the present moment without parameters and predetermined definitions. It allows me to channel and transform the subconscious into art, by which I am able to discover new meanings and a deeper understanding of myself and of the world.
