Implementation

So far, we’ve gone through the structure of the FASTer Way to Fat Loss program. You know what makes it stand apart—the pillars of intermittent fasting, carb cycling, HIIT, strength training, and rest.

While you could try to implement these strategies on your own, I don’t recommend it. The truth is this: the true power behind the FASTer Way program is the community. Through community and connecting with other people on the same path as you, you can work through mindset issues, rise together, and achieve far greater success.

We’re going to talk more about that in the upcoming chapters.
