Buy a prepared turkey and pumpkin pie, and make the sides yourself. Top the pie with homemade Bourbon Whipped Cream: In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream, 1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar, and 1 1/2 teaspoons bourbon or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. With mixer on medium speed, beat cream until stiff peaks form. Place a dollop on each slice of pie, and sprinkle with spiced, sugared pecans.
