PB OAT APPLE

INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp rolled oats

1 heaping tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)

Water to achieve desired consistency

1 apple, chopped in half vertically and cored

DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, combine the rolled oats and peanut butter and mix until a thick paste is formed. Add a small amount of water if needed to achieve the proper consistency.

Spoon the mixture into the hollowed-out portion of each apple half where the core used to be. Either eat immediately, or assemble the halves back together and secure with a rubber band to pack and eat later.
