HEALTHY MEAL PREP

A wholefoods, plant-based diet is a really healthy way to live your life and with a little bit of planning it’s easy to fit it into your lifestyle. We love to prep healthy meals so that we can grab a meal and go. We prefer to do this a couple of days in advance (rather than making 7 days-worth of meals in one go) so that the food tastes deliciously fresh when you eat it. On the following pages are three easy and tasty recipes that will give you enough meals for two full days. This meal plan is nutritionally balanced with lots of green veg and plenty of colour to make sure you get loads of plant-filled energy in your diet – we suggest adding a banana for a snack each day too.
