ICE CREAM

We heart ice cream and you can now find bangin’ dairy-free versions in the shops. But there’s something magical about making your own. It’s easiest with an ice-cream maker (ours costs £20). However, you can also just use a freezer and a whisk; take it out and stir it occasionally for a smooth texture. Use the basic vanilla recipe and add your own delicious flavourings! The vodka ensures you get a nice soft scoop but you can leave it out if you prefer.
