So many people contributed to this story finally being published. Sarah was the angel who helped pay the editing costs, Anna donated her time and impressive talent for the cover, and Mandy caught so many errors in the rough draft that I should be embarrassed (but I’m not). Richard, Aliss, Aurelie, Alyson, Tracy, Ninna, Rosemary, Jean, Erica, Sarah, and Vanya all jumped in and volunteered to edit the first draft.
