There are so many wonderful people who have helped me to make this book a reality.

My first heartfelt thank you goes to my husband and best friend Richard, who has continually supported me over the years. Thank you for putting up with all my crazy ideas, for helping me to believe in myself when I had doubts, and for being the best father to our girls which has enabled me to do my art and build my business. And for loving me and showing me that love can indeed be so real.

Thank you to my incredible father who has always been a source of support for me and my moral compass in life. I’m so grateful for all the learning in our relationship and for our growing together through the years. I have learned so much about myself through you and I thank you for allowing me to share my learning in this book.
