Dear Readers,
Writing a book is a labor of love for any author. Publishing that book is a labor of love especially for an indie author. Reviews are the lifeblood for an author. Indies need reviews to help us with marketing.
While I have done the best within my means to hire professional help, keep in mind that not one human (or fae) is perfect. While my editing and proofreading team does their best, errors may still happen. (In fact, gremlins and other naughty creatures may insert them deliberately when I’m not looking. I haven’t caught them yet as they are crafty buggers.)
Instead of leaving a bad review if you do find errors, please reach out to me. I want this book to be the best it can be. I’m always striving to improve my craft.
If you just didn’t like the story, that is ok. I’m delighted that you read it all the way to this letter. Perhaps another one of my stories will appeal to you. I know that not everyone will love this story.
If you loved the story, feel free to let me know. Those notes are heartwarming. Being an author doesn’t bring much money, so those kind words go a long way. So don’t be shy, let an author know you cared about their (not so) imaginary friends they wrote about.

Sincerely,
Erica
