This chooses the server based on the value of a cookie, which should
be the IP address of the server to choose. Note that
mod_backhand does not set the
cookie — it’s up to you to arrange that
(presumably in a CGI script). This is obviously handy for situations
where there’s a state associated with the client
that is only available on the server to which it first connected.
