Makes 12 servings
15-oz. pkg. tortilla chips
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1-1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1-1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
8-oz. container sour cream
2 c. salsa
1 sweet onion, diced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
4-oz. can sliced black olives, drained
Layer tortilla chips over the bottom of an ungreased 13"x9" baking pan; top with ground beef. Sprinkle with shredded cheeses. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheeses are melted. Remove from oven; layer with sour cream and then salsa. Sprinkle onions, tomatoes and olives over top.
