Favorite Sausage Balls

Makes about 5 dozen

1 lb. ground sausage

2 c. biscuit baking mix

12-oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine ingredients and mix well; shape into one-inch balls. Arrange on ungreased baking sheets; bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
