Makes 4 servings
8-oz. pkg. pasta, cooked
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. olive oil
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Keep pasta warm in a large serving bowl. Sauté garlic in oil until golden and tender; pour over pasta. Add cheese; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
