Makes 4 servings
1-1/2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked
10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
6-oz. can tuna, drained
5-oz. can evaporated milk
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. onion, chopped
3 c. potato chips, crushed
Combine all ingredients except potato chips in an ungreased 9"x9" baking dish. Top with chips. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Place onions in the freezer for 5 minutes before slicing them…no more tears!
