Cast-Iron Mushrooms

All of us have a very cute picture of Alice since our childhood. She is a cute girl with rabbits, ducks, and goats around, surrounded by herbs and mushrooms. We have also made those cute mushrooms into this yummy dish, try it to decide whether they looked more pleasant or tasted yummier.

Preheat the oven to about 500 F with a cast-iron skillet in the center. It will take about 30 minutes.
Wipe off the dirt from mushrooms if any using a damp towel. In case you rinse the mushrooms, do it gently and then pat dry.
Create different shapes of the mushrooms. Slice the button and cremini mushrooms in the half sections.
The tuft of king oyster would also need to be removed and discarded. After that, slice them lengthwise into five pieces before the middle cut. This will make short rectangles. Use your hand to rip oyster mushrooms in half.
Make eight slices of the Portobello.
Remove the pan from the oven and add all mushrooms into it. Then bake for five minutes.
Remove the pan and stir the mushrooms. Cook again for five minutes.
Remove the pan again, and then add butter and shallots. Toss them well. Put in the oven again for five minutes.
Finally, remove the pan and add the parsley and garlic into it. Sprinkle the pepper and salt to taste. Serve hot.
