Crackers 16

Minced fresh chives 2 tsp

Grated lemon zest 2 tsp

Dill pickle brine (juice) 2 tsp

Finely chopped cold-smoked salmon 0.06 lb.

Black pepper (Cracked) as per taste
Instructions:
Combine the brine, olive oil, shallot, and salmon in a small bowl. Combine evenly by tossing using a spoon.
Put the mixture of salmon evenly onto the crackers.
Top the crackers with black pepper, chives, and lemon zest. Enjoy the tartare!
