Buttermilk 1 cup

All-purpose flour 2 cups

Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/3 cup

Distilled white vinegar 1 tablespoon

Red food colouring ¼ cup

White sugar 1 ½ cups

Butter ½ cup

Salt 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to about 350 F.
Grease 12 cups of muffin pan lightly.
Take a big bowl, beat the sugar and butter using an electric mixer until it becomes fluffy and light.
Add the vanilla, red food colour, buttermilk, and eggs and mix well.
Add the vinegar and baking soda and mix.
Combine the salt, cocoa powder, and flour in a bowl, then stir it into the prepared batter until it blends perfectly.
Evenly put the batter into the cups using a spoon.
Bake the batter in the oven for 25 minutes.
Cool the cakes on a wire rack.
Arrange the cakes on the serving platter, and you can frost them with your desired frosting.
