REALLY QUICK HOMEMADE NUTELLA
Makes 2 cups • Ready in 10 minutes
WHAT YOU NEED
2 cups hazelnuts, lightly roasted and skins removed
1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
1 Tbsp coconut oil, warmed
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla paste
1 small pinch sea salt flakes
WHAT TO DO
1. Add the hazelnuts to a high powered blender or food processor and pulse for 4–5 minutes, scraping down the sides of the container with a spatula from time to time. Continue blending for another 4–5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, blend until combined and adjust to taste. Transfer to a glass jar and store in the fridge for up to 1 week (or as long as it takes to eat it!)
