SERVES 1
80g/2¾oz pitted mango, roughly chopped
80g/2¾oz cored pineapple, roughly chopped
1 large kiwi fruit, roughly chopped
2 tbsp low-fat bio yogurt
150ml/5fl oz/scant ⅔ cup orange juice
Put the fruit, yogurt and orange juice in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of water if the mixture is too thick, then pour into a large glass and serve immediately.
