SERVES 1
80g/2¾oz/½ cup strawberries, hulled
80g/2¾oz/½ cup blueberries
80g/2¾oz/heaped ½ cup cherries, pitted
4 tbsp low-fat bio yogurt
80ml/2½fl oz/⅓ cup ice-cold milk
Put the fruit, yogurt and milk in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a large glass and serve immediately.
