SERVES 1
2 heaped tbsp rolled oats
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1 heaped tbsp sultanas
1 apple
1 pear
150ml/5fl oz/scant ⅔ cup orange juice, to serve
Combine the oats, milk, yogurt, honey, cinnamon and sultanas and leave to soak for at least 20 minutes. Grate the apple and stir into the oat mixture. Peel and core the pear, cut into wedges and scatter over the muesli. Serve with a glass of orange juice.
