The names of the phases in storytelling we use throughout this chapter are just one of the many ways to conceive the storytelling process. In other sources, you might encounter phases that are a bit different or have different names for similar phases. However, the basic structure of a story is universal, and there is always an introduction, a problem, attempts to solve the problem, the moment of arriving at a solution, and a conclusion.
