I had the good fortune years ago to study yoga with a yoga adept. I have used yoga consistently over the years for the physical, mental, and psychic benefits it provides. Once you have learned a sufficient number of the basic positions, they are easy to maintain and practice throughout your life. If you find from time to time you can’t fit them all into your schedule, completing just a few of the stretching positions, combined with the proper yoga breathing, will produce obvious positive results.
Yoga is easy to learn, either through books and video tapes, which are readily available, or through class or private instruction, which is offered in most communities.
