Fawn is a marriage advocate who works daily to change the tone of the conversation around the world about marriage and the negativity often accompanying that term. She is the founder of the Happy Wives Club, with members on six continents from more than 100 countries around the world. Her blog, HappyWivesClub.com, is a go-to place for wives successful in their marriages to share their thoughts and advice with others hoping to achieve happiness and contentment in their own marital relationships.
Additionally, Fawn is the CEO of ValRentco Corporation, a real estate investment and property management company and serves as president and CIO of its online subsidiary, ValleyRentals.com.
Fawn is also a former publicist whose client list included internationally acclaimed artists. Shortly after her eighteenth birthday, Fawn boldly stepped out on her own, opening the doors of her first company, a special events, public relations, and marketing firm, FEW Entertainment. She later joined with celebrity chef G. Garvin to open one of the most successful fine dining restaurants in the Beverly Hills area. She served as business manager and minority partner.
Prior to co-owning ValRentCo Corporation, Fawn held the position of general manager for an internationally respected hotel brand. Before her tenure as GM, she served as a director of sales and marketing for the same hotel company, specializing in e-marketing and e-sales.
Fawn is a board member of MEND, an organization dedicated to breaking the bonds of poverty; Slavery No More, an anti–human trafficking organization and a supporter of the International Justice Mission (IJM) and Skip1. She and her husband, Keith Weaver, have been happily married for ten years. They reside in Agoura Hills, a suburb of Los Angeles, and are having fun working on expanding their family (*wink wink*).
